Returns

We’re happy to accept returns for items that are in resalable condition and returned within 35 days of the shipment date.

Please note:

  • Returns can be processed for a refund or store credit (which you can use to place a new exchange order).

  • Return labels are not provided through the return portal. Customers are responsible for sending items back, and return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

  • The return portal is used to let us know what type of return you’d like — refund or store credit — and it will provide a packing slip for you to include inside your return package.

Notes: 

  • Returned items that are crumpled, not folded properly, missing tags, or missing packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee.

  • Items that are dirty, washed, worn, or in poor condition will not be accepted.

  • Restocking fees are not charged for items returned in original condition.

  • Store credits and refunds will only be issued after the item has been received and deemed resalable.
