Shipping Policies
Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may extend up to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our team.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Gracie Humaita Store cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sent packages.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
Import Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the local customs authority β€” not by Gracie Humaita Store.

Customs Delays

Customs clearance times vary by country and are beyond our control. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an international order. Gracie Humaita Store is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspection.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, it may be returned to us at the customer's expense. Any duties, taxes, or return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Please ensure a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid local phone number are provided at checkout. Carriers frequently require a local contact number for international customs clearance.

We want every athlete to train with confidence β€” in their gear and in every purchase. If something isn't right, we've made the return process simple and straightforward. You have 60 days from your delivery date to submit a return for a refund or store credit.

01 Return Eligibility

Items in brand-new, resalable condition β€” unwashed, unworn, and free from any signs of use. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging.

Items that are dirty, washed, worn, or damaged due to use will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please ensure your return meets these conditions before sending.

⚠ Restocking Fee

A $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for items returned crumpled, without original packaging, or with missing tags. Items returned properly folded in original condition will not incur this fee.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be ineligible for return due to hygiene considerations or final sale status. These items are clearly marked on the product listing page before purchase.

Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date. Items submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Defective Items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us β€” we're here to help. Each case is reviewed individually, and a partial refund, full refund, or replacement may be available. Defects must be reported within 90 days of purchase. Items that have been washed, worn, or used in training where the concern is unrelated to a manufacturing defect may not qualify. Please reach out via our Contact Us page with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
02 How to Start a Return

All returns are handled through our secure online return portal. The portal will guide you through every step, including generating your return shipping label.

  1. Visit the return portal at graciehumaitastore.com/apps/redo/account and log in using your order details.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution: refund or store credit.
  3. Generate your return label. If you added Free Return Insurance at checkout, your prepaid label is provided at no cost for both domestic and international returns. If not, a return label fee applies.
  4. Pack your items carefully β€” fold them neatly, place them back in their original packaging or bags, and include the return packing slip inside the box.
  5. Ship your return and retain your tracking number. Gracie Humaita Store is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Returns not submitted through the portal are eligible for store credit only. Out-of-pocket return shipping costs arranged outside of the portal will not be reimbursed.
03 Return Shipping & Labels
Free Return Insurance
If you selected Free Return Insurance (powered by Redo) at checkout, a prepaid return label is provided at no cost β€” for both domestic and international orders, and for both refund and store credit requests.
No Insurance Selected
A return label fee will apply. For US domestic orders, a label arranged through the portal carries an $8.95 fee. For international returns, label costs vary by destination.
In-Store Returns
You may return items in person at our San Diego store: 5710 Kearny Villa Rd, Suite D, San Diego, CA 92123. Bring your order confirmation or packing slip with all original tags attached. Our team can process a refund or store credit on the spot.
International Returns
Ship your return to Gracie Humaita Returns Department, 5710 Kearny Villa Rd, Suite D, San Diego, CA 92123, USA. Include your RMA number and name clearly on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays. International returns are eligible for refund or store credit only.

Once your return is approved, resolution times are as follows:

Credited back to your original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
Store Credit
A discount code is emailed to you within 1 business day of return approval and can be applied to any future order.
If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, our team will contact you by email with further information on your available options.
05 Order Protection

At checkout, you have the option to add Order Protection through Redo. This covers your order against theft, loss in transit, damage, wrong or missing items, and return to sender situations β€” with a 97% claim approval rate and same-day resolution on approved claims.

Adding Order Protection also unlocks free return shipping labels for all orders, domestic and international alike. We recommend adding it at checkout for complete confidence with every purchase.
